
Natural Live Yoghurt
Beautiful natural live yoghurt made by our good friend Tom at Higher Colston Farm.
This yoghurt is made using the day’s fresh milk from Buttercup, Bowie, Rosie, Kaja, Kerensa, and Lowenna, our small herd of Jersey cows.
The cows are milked once a day, with calves kept by their side for at least five months. They graze freely on 100% pasture of traditional meadow grasses and diverse herbal leys, producing milk that reflects the land they roam. We farm in harmony with nature, without pesticides or artificial inputs, supporting healthy soils, thriving biodiversity, and truly natural milk.
Jersey milk is naturally rich, high in cream and butterfat, which gives this yoghurt its beautifully distinctive flavour.
Crafted simply with live cultures, this is yoghurt as it should be, fresh, natural, and full of life.
