This is for those of you who prefer not to have roots, and is ideal if you would like to just have salad and a couple of greens - which will vary through the year from chard, perpetual spinach, kale, cabbage, kalettes, purple sprouting broccoli in the autumn and winter to aztec broccoli, agretti, summer cabbage, stirfry greens and the like in the summer. This is perfectly suited to those of you who would like to be a bit more selective with what you have - you will always get a bag of salad and a couple of green vegetables, then you can add on extras to your order every week from the products page, making it a bit more bespoke for your requirements.
