🎅Broccoli - Purple Sprouting Broccoli (PSB)

A great winter staple - PSB as its know to growers is a wonderful vegetable that spends a long time in the ground waiting for winter to come round before it starts producing. Best blanched or sauteed with garlic and oil, and perhaps a little chilli. Best to store in the fridge and eat within a few days of delivery.
